Before We Arrive
Water access required
We will need a working outdoor spigot with adequate water pressure. Please ensure water is available and any shutoff valves are opened.
If water access is unusual or difficult, please let us know beforehand.
Please close and securely shut:
Windows, doors, garage door, pet doors, exterior electrical covers, shed doors, car doors, etc.
Even soft washing can force water into gaps if seals are weak. We will do our best to identify and protect exposed outlets, wiring, and lights.
Please remove or relocate:
Vehicles from driveway/work areas, patio furniture, rugs/mats, potted plants, decorations, grills/smokers (or cover), other fragile items near the house.
This helps prevent overspray or accidental damage. If items cannot be moved, we will try to work around them.
Please keep pets indoors
For safety, keep all pets inside for the duration of service. Cleaning solutions and hoses/equipment can create temporary hazards.
We recommend monitoring pets outside for 24 hours following service or until all surfaces are dry. Cleaning chemicals, while not dangerous, can irritate pets’ skin/digestion and be tracked into the house.
Please keep children away from work areas
Pressure washing equipment and cleaning solutions require a clear work zone. Spray can cause minor skin irritation.
Existing damage
Please notify us ahead of time if you have loose electrical fixtures, exposed wiring, leaking outlets, areas that leak during rain, chipped rock, damaged siding, loose mortar, cracked windows, unsealed doors/windows, etc.
Older homes or damaged surfaces may require extra caution.
Landscaping notice
We take precautions to protect landscaping, including pre/post rinsing during soft washing. However:
Sensitive plants should be identified beforehand
Irrigation systems should be turned off during service
Newly planted flowers/shrubs should be mentioned
Staining / oxidation / etching disclaimer
Some surfaces may already have oxidation, sun fading, etching, permanent staining, tiger striping, and concrete wear.
Cleaning can reveal pre-existing surface differences that were hidden by dirt. Our technician will document these situations. Removal may require specialized services/treatments.
After the Cleaning
Please allow surfaces time to dry before:
Walking on them
Moving furniture back
Parking vehicles
Letting pets outside
Concrete and wood can remain slippery while wet.
